As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the New York State Office of Mental Health established a mental health support line for anyone struggling with stress, depression, and anxiety that they may be experiencing due to COVID-19. Anyone can call, it is free and confidential and they can provide referrals to wide service network if needed. Click the images below for more information.

On April 6, Governor Cuomo announced that the State partnered with Headspace to offer free meditation and mindfulness content for all New Yorkers.
